our technicians are experienced and certified and no matter what is wrong with your phone, if it can be fixed we will fix it. iMobiles “No Fix No Fee” policy means that if you call us to fix a problem and we can’t find a solution, fix or repair, we won’t charge you a cent, even if we come to your home or office.

What if my device is not repaired on the same day?

We can imagine life without phone and we understand some phones require special equipment’s to repair. If your device need more time or special equipment for repair, your iMobiles technician will offer you a loaner device. Once your phone is ready and handover to you, return the loaner to us in the same condition as it was when we lent it to you.

What if iMobiles service is not in your area?

iMobiles is Australia’s first choice for customers who don’t have access to repair services. It does not matter where you are, we can have your phone fixed in no-time!
